Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that high volume periods may result in slight delays in processing.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently ship exclusively within the United States and North America.
Delivery Timelines
Once processed, standard shipping within the United States typically takes 5 to 8 business days. Shipping to other parts of North America may take 7 to 14 business days depending on customs and local carrier speeds. Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Infinite Tags is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
