Returns and Refunds
At Infinite Tags, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied with your fulfillment. Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, sealed, and in the exact same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging. Due to the nature of health, wellness, and beauty products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, unsealed, or used for hygiene and safety reasons.
Restocking Fee
Please note that all eligible returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at golbetty@infinitetags.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Our team will provide you with instructions and the appropriate return address.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund (minus the 30% restocking fee) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Partial Payments / Buy Now Pay Later
If you purchased using a partial payment or Buy Now Pay Later service (such as CODKing), your refund will be issued to that service, which will then adjust your remaining balance or refund your installments according to their specific terms.
Shipping Costs for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
